Toronto Star - Mission, and its volunteers, deliver Christmas dinner - Debra Black
For the past 30 years Elaine Rennie has performed a kind of Christmas
miracle, devoting her holiday to those less fortunate. Every year –
come snow or sleet – Rennie can be found in the Scott Mission kitchen
helping cook and serve the hungry and the homeless at the annual
Christmas Day lunch.

Toronto Sun - Scott Mission opens holiday doors
“Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful
songs. Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.” Psalm 100:2-3 (NIV)
To worship is to give “praise, adoration and thanksgiving towards God in our actions and attitudes” (Westminster Dictionary of Theological Terms, page 51).
Every day, we are filled with so much joy in knowing Jesus and being able to serve His people at The Scott Mission.
Our worship service is where we can express this joy and spend time with God in prayer.
All are welcome to join us for Sunday service at 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
