You Helped 2,700 Families

For more than 80 years, we have been serving people in need in our community. But we could not do it without you. 

This past Thanksgiving and Christmas, your gifts made it possible for us to provide 65,000 meals and 8,000 grocery bags filled with food to struggling neighbours. Your generosity also helped deliver Christmas to 2,700 families and ensured 1,600 children received toys.

Scott Mission has long been a place for people to turn to in their most vulnerable moments. With donor support, we will continue to meet the needs of our Toronto neighbours by providing hot meals, clothing, shelter—and hope for a brighter future through the transforming power of Christ. Scott Mission acknowledges that their work happens in the ancestral traditional territories of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and MĂ©tis peoples.

We acknowledge that the Toronto sites of Scott Mission are covered by treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa bands. In giving this acknowledgement we remind ourselves that we are accountable to these relationships.
