Scott Mission is pleased to welcome Tom Prins as Chief Operating Officer. Tom brings more than 15 years of senior executive and entrepreneurial leadership experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
Tom previously served as a Chief Executive Officer, where he led organizational growth, launched new business lines, and oversaw complex operational and strategic initiatives. As an entrepreneur, he also founded and led an international information technology services company serving Fortune 1000 organizations.
Tom holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is known for his hands-on leadership style and commitment to building strong teams. Throughout his career, he has focused on aligning people, processes, and technology to strengthen organizations and deliver meaningful results.
At Scott Mission, Tom will oversee key operational functions and work closely with leadership and staff to support the Mission’s programs and services that serve individuals and families experiencing poverty in Toronto.
