Our staff are normally students, but this is not a necessity. We employ around 45 people over the summer. The people we hire must be serious about serving God and serious about providing an amazing camp experience for our campers. Staff should be ready to experience new things — anything from camping outdoors to learning a new dance from campers! We are looking to hire people who are ready for the adventure that summer camp provides for both campers and staff.
All potential staff must go through a strict screening process to ensure the safety of our campers. All staff must produce references from previous employers and must complete Police Reference Checks from their local police department. Please read our entire Staff Security Clearance Process.
Cabin Leaders work in pairs, guiding a new group of children each week and providing around-the-clock support. Our camp program is designed to create these connection opportunities. Leading a cabin is one of the most demanding yet rewarding roles at camp, requiring patience, enthusiasm, and stamina. If you’re eager to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and youth this summer, apply today!
