Hunger presents a huge challenge for Toronto’s homeless. But, with the onset of COVID-19, many families and individuals who were already struggling to make ends meet suddenly found themselves facing hunger for the first time.
Fortunately, support from caring friends and donors made it possible for The Scott Mission to quickly adapt and evolve to meet the growing needs in new and innovative ways—safely!
In a time of great fear and uncertainty, our neighbours in need found help with meals and groceries. And, just as important, they found a ministry partner to join with in prayer, counselling, and encouragement. Thank you for making ours a community that truly cares for others.
