Support from caring friends and donors made important upgrades and renovations possible at The Scott Mission and Scott Mission Camp! Heartfelt thanks to everyone who donated to keep the Mission’s outreach going strong during the pandemic and in better days ahead!
Although Scott Mission Camp could not be held last summer due to COVID-19, your support made important projects possible, including fresh paint, stain, and flooring . . . repairs to fences and steps . . . lighting and other upgrades to our sports courts . . . new bunk beds and mattresses!
With these renovations, more boys and girls will have the chance to learn and grow in a fun, safe environment.
Donors answered the call for swift renovations to enable The Scott Mission to continue helping neighbours in need during the pandemic. By relocating our food bank to the first floor and reconfiguring our grocery distribution and welcome centre, more people can receive the help they need—safely and quickly! Adjustments to our O’Connor Family Centre made it possible for some families to have access to much-needed day care. Other upgrades to infrastructure ensure the Mission will be able to serve neighbours in need efficiently and for years to come.
Thank you for your ongoing support that positions The Scott Mission to continue providing food, safe refuge, and other critical help for neighbours who are most in need!
