Your generous support has equipped Scott Mission to be a lifeline to under-resourced children for decades. Between after-school programs, our beloved summer camps, and leadership programs, generations of young people have learned of God’s love and found a better path in life.
And after COVID-19 caused Scott Mission Camp to be cancelled in 2020, plunging many of our children and teens into painful isolation, we were all too excited to be reunited with them in 2021.
While our in-person capacity for Scott Mission Camp was reduced for safety in 2021, we still had an amazing time with socially distanced activities—including sports, crafts, songs, small groups, and more. And to ensure all were reached, Scott Mission’s teams also extended vital outreach to Toronto’s youth virtually to continue anchoring them to God and to their mentors and friends at the Mission.
We are thankful that our counsellors and young leaders were able to continue leading and encouraging children, youth, and teens through in-person and virtual outreaches that included camp, after-school, mentorship, and leadership programs.
